**Job Description:**
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure regular liaison and that service standards, audits, KPIs, SLAs and management reports reflect the standard of service to its optimum.
* Ensure contract retention is maximised by delivering outsourced cleaning services to clients efficiently.
* Optimise opportunities for additional works such as scope expansion, price negotiation and submission of quotes as required.
* Support business development through surveys, pricing meetings with prospective clients and identifying growth opportunities.
