Senior Project Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, UK

Position Summary:
We are looking for a PMO Senior Project Manager to lead complex international projects that deliver real impact.
In this role, you will drive multiple programs simultaneously, collaborate across teams and functions, and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve strategic goals. You will take ownership of planning, execution, and risk management while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, and timelines.
* Drive efficiency by linking activities within programs and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
* Communicate progress, success metrics, and challenges to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
* Hold stakeholders accountable for commitments and work closely with Account and Success Managers to define optimal delivery strategies.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and act as the key point of contact for internal coordination.
* Contribute to improving project management practices and processes across the team.
* Take ownership of resolving issues, managing conflicts, and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years managing large, complex projects or programs with international clients
* PMP, Prince2, or equivalent recognized project management certification required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent workexperience.
* Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organized, results-driven, and able to deliver under pressure
* Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging all levels of an organization
* Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
