NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Strengthened strategic, institutional, and operational capacity for effective energy policy in response to the climate change in North Macedonia and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.Overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to sustainable economic development of North Macedonia.Location: North Macedonia.Duration: The intended start date is 1 December 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 42 months from this date.Key Expert: Team Leader – High-Level Adviser on EnergyMinimum Qualifications and skills:Minimum Masters in a directly related discipline, or Bachelor in the same field plus four years of relevant professional experience.Excellent spoken and written English, corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.Minimum 10 but preferably 12 years of professional experience in a field related to energy.Experience as Team Leader in at least one EU funded technical assistance project with total value of EUR 1,000,000 or more.Experience in high-level policy advice (Minister of higher level) on energy matters.Experience on assignments in EU MS bodies or other contracting parties of the Energy Community Treaty, will be considered an advantage.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send to recruitment@ntu.eu.
