We are recruiting a Credit Controller on a 13-month maternity cover contract. This role is responsible for leading and managing the complete credit control function across two trading companies within the Henley Group.The Role:Lead and manage the full credit control function of two trading companies within the Henley Group. This role is primarily credit control focused, and it will be necessary to develop a working relationship with customers and colleagues in various departments to ensure timely payments are made.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProactively manage credit control for 2 trading companiesSetup new customer account and perform full company history checksResolution of queries to facilitate payments from customersIssuing email statements to customers using established guidelinesLiaise and communicate with sales and other internal departments as required to maintain an accurate position on customer accountsEnsure that all prepared communications are accurately recorded/documented in a timely mannerPreparing weekly reports on credit controlDaily banking, cashbooks and weekly bank reconciliationsPost cash lodgements to Sage on a daily basisWorking with other accounts employees as requiredKey experience and skills:5+ years relevant experience and a proven track record in Credit ControlSage experience essentialExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelDeadline focused with the ability to prioritise tasksExcellent communication skills on all levelsAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamJob Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 13 monthsPay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearApplication question(s):Do you have 5+ years relevant experience and a proven track record in Credit Control?Do you have experience using Sage?Are you located in Dublin or the surrounding area?Work Location: In person
