About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer Graduate to join our teams and gain hands-on experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems on large-scale projects. This role offers exposure to all aspects of mechanical engineering within the construction industry, including HVAC, piping, and building services..
Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and coordination of mechanical works on site.
* Review and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
* Support site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards.
* Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and mechanical codes.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and quality records.
* Assist in commissioning activities and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
* Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for mechanical works.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or mechanical design software is an advantage.
