This is a specialist role responsible for leading local digital execution, sponsorship activation, and retail media delivery. The successful candidate will play a critical part in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial impact through best‑in‑class digital channels (web, app, social), content creation, sponsorship activation, and in‑store retail media infrastructure. The role works closely with central teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure all digital, sponsorship, and experiential activity is executed to a high standard and fully aligned with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Channels & Content Execution
Lead local execution of digital activity across website, app, and owned digital platforms
Implement localised content updates for web and app in line with central guidance
Plan and coordinate content shoots (photo/video) to support digital channels, sponsorships, and social media
Ensure all digital content is optimised for performance, engagement, and usability
Social Media & Community Management
Execute the central social media strategy locally, tailoring content to reflect local market priorities and sponsorships
Manage local social media communities, including content publishing, moderation, and community engagement
Work with agencies and internal teams to ensure always‑on, high‑quality social content
Monitor performance and provide insights to optimise content and engagement over time
Sponsorships & Local Activation
Own and execute local sponsorship activations, including FAI and other strategic partnerships
Translate sponsorship rights into impactful digital, in‑store, and experiential activations
Plan and deliver sponsorship‑related campaigns, events, and match‑day activations in the local market
Work with partners, agencies, and internal teams to maximise sponsorship visibility and ROI
Ensure sponsorship activity is fully integrated across web, app, social, loyalty, retail media, and in‑store touchpoints
Retail Media & In‑Store Digital Infrastructure
Lead local execution of retail media across in‑store digital assets and CMS, including digital menu boards, coffee screens, and other digital formats
Ensure retail media content supports sponsorships, campaigns, and commercial priorities
Collaborate with Operations, IT, and suppliers to ensure consistent delivery and performance of in‑store digital infrastructure
Campaigns, Events & Execution
Plan and execute local campaigns integrating digital channels, sponsorships, retail media, and in‑store activation
Coordinate on‑site execution for events and sponsorship activations, ensuring strong brand presence and customer engagement
Track and report on digital, social, and sponsorship performance, using insights to optimise future activity
About You
Proactive and detail‑oriented, with a strong ability to execute programmes and drive results in a fast‑paced environment
Collaborative and customer‑focused, working across teams to enhance the customer experience
Excels at managing multiple projects and communicating effectively across departments
Experience in digital marketing, CRM or CMS platforms
Confident working with digital assets and retail media environments
Experience managing websites, content calendars, and social communities
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and agencies
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience delivering sponsorship activations and partner‑led marketing, campaign execution, and supplier management
Strong digital marketing background with experience across web, app, social media, and content creation
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; CMS or CRM experience beneficial
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project Management certification is a plus
