An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic delivery team. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving performance and maintaining excellence on technically complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily site operations
Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel
Monitor project progress, reporting on programme, quality, and productivity
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction phase
Identify and resolve on‑site issues proactively
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
Liaise with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery
Support project delivery to ensure deadlines and budgets are achieved
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or engineering projects
Strong knowledge of site operations, sequencing, and project delivery
Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
Highly organised with strong problem‑solving ability
