Reperio is working with a leading consultancy that's hiring a Senior PMO Manager to join their Risk Consulting practice, focused on the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across sectors such as financial services, public sector, telecoms, and energy.
This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong background in PMO leadership, portfolio governance, and programme assurance-ideally gained in a client-facing or consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee PMO delivery across complex transformation initiatives
* Lead portfolio governance, programme planning, risk and issue management
* Manage benefits tracking, resourcing, financial oversight, and stakeholder communications
* Drive improvements in PMO frameworks, tools, and best practices
* Support business development, market-facing activity, and internal team coaching
Requirements:
* 10+ years of PMO / programme delivery experience
* Experience in a consulting or client-side advisory role is preferred
* Strong understanding of project governance, financial management, and change delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are advantageous
