Opportunity for a Senior Associate level Employment lawyer to join the market-leading Employment law practice group of a major Irish/ International law firm, based in their offices in Dublin.
Role Profile:
* You will be responsible for advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, working closely with the firm's key clients in Ireland and Overseas.
* You will work across a range of industry sectors including: manufacturing, technology, biotech/pharma and financial services.
* You will work as part of a specialist employment law team.
* You will advise on a wide range of employment issues including:dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issues.
* You will be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Candidates will be experienced Employment lawyers at Senior Associate level.
* You will be a 'client focused' lawyer with excellent technical abilities in Employment law.
* Candidates will ideally have a mix of both contentious and non-contentious employment law experience.
