Overview
The Too Faced Boots Cork Account Manager (24 hours) role at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. involves supporting the Brand to drive sales turnover and market share through a consistently consumer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
* Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times
* Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards
* Contribute to efficiencies through adhering to store/Brand/Company Procedures and guidelines
* Understand daily/weekly targets
* Ensure personal awareness of all additional sales avenues (e.g., events, Omni and digital channels)
* Keep up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities
* Use social media effectively, leveraging opportunities to drive the business and protect and enhance the Brand image
* Deliver the Brand Strategy and an effective local plan
* Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives, aligned to Retailer activity
* Deliver excellence in service, implementing measures to continually improve service levels and foster a zero consumer-complaints mindset and a surprise-and-delight culture
* Be an ambassador for the Brand and ensure Brand values are represented and brought to life
* Manage refunds and complaints in line with Company guidelines, aiming for a mutually satisfactory conclusion, consulting with the Area Manager where appropriate
* Use digital tools to keep knowledge up to date
* Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer base
* Develop up-to-date product knowledge to deliver an industry-leading experience and ensure the product meets consumer needs
* Plan to deliver excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing)
* Review retail standards daily and maintain them to the required standard
* Ensure deliveries, stock movements and related administration are completed within Company timeframes
* Ensure auditable processes and administration follow Company guidelines and take corrective action in highlighted risk areas
* Ensure information requests are fulfilled accurately and within deadlines
* Minimise stock loss by following Company Security Policies and Procedures
* Create and maintain a safe working environment for consumers, adhering to Company and Retailer policies and procedures
* Maintain health and safety responsibilities and ensure all operational activity achieves at least an Acceptable grade during audits
Commerciality
* Manage daily replenishment, taking appropriate action where necessary
* Maximise sales performance by using all commercial reports before making decisions
* Plan and deliver the visual merchandising layout in line with guidelines and timescales
* Identify stock package issues and take corrective action, informing the Area Manager when out of direct control
* Effectively manage all promotions and discounts in accordance with Company guidelines
* Identify trends and suggest actions to enhance product performance
Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
* Ability to drive self-development
* Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry
* Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
