Job Purpose
The Bid Administrator will support the bid and estimating teams in preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality tenders for civil engineering projects.
This role ensures compliance with client requirements and internal standards while maintaining accurate records and deadlines.
This is a full time office based role in our Foxford office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate bid documentation and maintain tender schedules.
Collate and format submission documents to meet client specifications.
Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
Proofread and check documents for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain bid library and update tracking systems.
Assist with pre-qualification questionnaires and compliance checks.
Experience:
Previous experience in bid administration or similar role (construction/civil engineering preferred).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Knowledge of public procurement processes in Ireland is an advantage.
