**Clinic Manager (Healthcare Clinic - Fermoy)**

Location: Fermoy, Ireland
Salary: €40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced professional with an interest in healthcare management to join our dedicated team as Clinic Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage diaries to ensure optimal scheduling of appointments and patient flow.
- Oversee the daily running of the clinic and manage junior administrators.
- Keep internal patient systems updated post-patient visits, calls, and communications.
- Monitor and respond to queries from the general information email inbox.
- Answer the phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Type and format reports and documents as required.
- Manage clinic operations, including preparing patient paperwork, managing diary gaps, checking patients in and out, and processing payments.
- Create and verify invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Manage other administrative tasks such as receipt writing, insurance documentation, and letter writing to patients.
- Regularly communicate with direct reports to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information and clinic business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and ensure ongoing patient satisfaction.
- Ensure all clinic policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Senior Administrator position.
- Proven people management skills and experience in managing teams.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and patient-centred care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Full, clean driving license and own mode of transport.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to other clinic locations when covering annual or sick leave.
- Strong communication skills, with an empathetic approach to dealing with patients and their families.
