The Role:
Our clients are offering an exciting part-time opportunity for experienced Sales Negotiators. This role will initially be a 12-month contract, working 2 to 3 days per week, with the potential to increase hours as the business grows. This role would be ideal for candidates who are experienced in residential property sales, value flexibility, and can work independently. Our client has created a unique platform that makes house swapping a more convenient and mutually beneficial way for vendors to move home without the frustration of being stuck in a chain or the stress of bringing their home to the open market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of residential property sales from valuation through to sale completion.
* Conduct property viewings and guide owners through the sales process.
* Ensure compliance with property regulations and industry standards.
* Develop and grow market share by identifying new opportunities and potential clients.
* Market properties effectively through online platforms, social media, and traditional channels.
* Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
* Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver a premium customer experience.
Key Requirements:
* PSRA C Licence
* 5+ years previous experience in a similar role.
* Full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Highly motivated and an excellent communicator.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
* Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
* Attention to detail and a professional, resilient attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
