Role: Site Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support our Contracts Manager and project team. This position is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project management and site teams.
* Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and reports.
* Manage document control, including filing, tracking, and distribution of key project information.
* Coordinate communication between the office, site, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Support procurement processes including PO tracking and invoice management.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
* Assist with health & safety compliance and training record upkeep.
* Liaise with clients and consultants as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction or engineering.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology is a strong advantage.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Full driving licence preferred (for site visits).
