As a seasoned IT professional, this role presents an opportunity to provide expert support to end users across multiple sites. Acting as the lead technical resource for internal IT improvement projects, you will drive strategic initiatives and manage third-party vendors to deliver cutting-edge IT services.
Key Responsibilities
* Offer superior technical assistance to 270 end users across diverse locations
* Serve as the primary technical resource for internal IT innovation projects
* Oversee third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation of new IT solutions
* Maintain and optimize existing IT infrastructure and systems
* Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance IT service delivery
* Promote continuous enhancement across all IT infrastructure tools and services
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable IT infrastructure or technical support position
* Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
* Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Hands-on experience with cabling projects and other physical IT tasks
* Expertise in Server Technology, Cloud & Productivity, Backup Technologies, Security, Device Management, Telephony, Networking
* Proficiency in project management and service management principles
* Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
* Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and ability to work autonomously with a growth mindset
