We are currently working with a leading private credit investment firm who are looking to add a Private Credit Analyst/Associate to their Dublin team. The Private Credit Associate/Senior Associate will invest across both the direct lending and special opportunities strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly-regarded and rapidly growing private credit platform.
The role:
* Evaluation of new investment opportunities
* Undertaking detailed due diligence of target companies and sectors
* Financial statement and balance sheet analysis
* Constructing detailed financial models and investment memos
* Attending meetings with management of potential investee companies
* Continuous monitoring of performance of existing portfolio companies
* Participation in investment committee discussions
The Requirements:
* CFA or ACA qualification is desirable
* 3-10yrs years of lev finance, debt advisory or buyside credit investing experience
* Strong Excel skills and the ability to build a financial model from scratch
* Good verbal and effective written communications skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations
