Administration Assistant – Grade V – Part‑time Contract
Reporting to Director of Nursing. Part‑time contract, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar.
Minimum 2-3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Experience supporting senior management or executives is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience in an acute hospital setting in Ireland.

Experience with hospital systems (e.g., rostering or patient management systems).
Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology (desirable).
