We are looking for a Junior HR Administrator who is eager to grow their career in human resources while supporting our people across EMEA, USA and APAC. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people. You will support the HR team in ensuring our processes run smoothly across the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, while gaining hands-on experience in a global events company.What you will bring to the table• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner• A keen eye for detail and accuracy when handling contracts, payroll forms, and HR records• A willingness to learn and the ability to follow processes with consistency• Trustworthiness and discretion when dealing with sensitive information• A positive, proactive attitude with a team-first mindsetWhat your day-to-day will look likeOnboarding and Integration• Support the setup of new starters on RRE platforms• Collect and process payroll enrolment forms, and ensuring accuracy• Add new hires to communication channels and induction slides• Track onboarding documents to ensure all steps are completedEmployee Experience and Engagement• Maintain accurate employee records• Prepare and issue letters for promotions and probation confirmations• Advertise open roles on LinkedIn and manage incoming applicationsPerformance and Development• Send probation review templates and reminders to managers• Support HR with collecting review forms and preparing confirmation letters• Assist in organising employee engagement communicationsOffboarding and Compliance• Assist with the offboarding process, including system terminations and equipment returns• Prepare exit interview documents and summaries for leadership• Update records for leavers and liaise with payroll to ensure accuracyWhat makes you the perfect fit• A degree in HR, business, or a related field, or previous HR admin experience• Strong IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR platforms• A willingness to learn and develop new skills in HR processes• A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
