This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking to expand or develop their experience further in a senior leadership role.About the RoleThe National Clinical Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for the oversight and governance of the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of the care required to meet the holistic needs of individuals with disabilities receiving Cheshire Ireland services.Operating at a Director of Nursing level, the role involves overseeing nursing and care practice ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and driving improvements in standards of care and care outcomes.This individual will work closely with other function leads to enhance the safety of those supported, improve care processes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
