We are seeking an experienced, disciplined, and A highly organized Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations with precision, integrity, and strategic foresight.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to build systems that enhance employee performance, culture, and accountability.
This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the HR function, uphold professional standards, and ensure that the organization operates in compliance with all relevant labour laws and internal policies.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and performance frameworks.
Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning processes.
Drive company culture initiatives to foster a high-performing, accountable work environment.
Manage disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee welfare objectively and professionally.
Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and international HR standards.
Generate accurate HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights for management decision-making.
Coordinate training, development, and capacity-building programs for staff.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR legislation, compliance, performance management systems, and modern HR tools.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
