Branch Manager Position Overview
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-performing team to ensure seamless customer experience and meet sales goals.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance the overall performance of the team.
* Ensure accurate records and reports are maintained to guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in management roles, preferably in retail or sales environments.
* Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Basic computer literacy and knowledge of inventory management systems.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
* Saturdays: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (shared rota basis).
