Job Summary
Support import and purchasing processes, assist sales activities, manage inventory and product shipments, and prepare sales and audit reports to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate import-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
Manage communications and transactions with Korean suppliers to support purchasing activities
Provide sales support by assisting with customer interactions and order processing
Maintain internal management tasks including inventory entry, product labeling verification, shipment assistance, and deposit confirmation
Compile and organize transactional records for audit submissions to IRAS
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to track business performance
Perform upkeep of company records and complete additional duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales or business development
Proficient in written and spoken English for effective communication
Willingness and ability to travel when necessary
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Fluent Korean, both speaking and writing.
PR holders, SG Citizens
Understanding of target customers and their relationship to the company’s products

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Saturday/Every Last Saturday of the month: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
