Maintenance Professional
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team in Kildare.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance as required.
This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Carrying out regular plant maintenance tasks and repairs on a proactive/planned and reactive basis.
* Maintenance fitter work in providing day-to-day engineering services in a busy manufacturing environment.
* Implementing equipment reliability improvements and developing new maintenance workflow methods and techniques.
* Optimising processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Employing predictive maintenance techniques to achieve benchmark plant reliability.
* Ensuring safe systems of work, PPE permits, risk assessments, and other safety protocols are followed.
* Leading continuous improvement initiatives in predictive maintenance techniques, such as thermo-graphic imaging and vibration analysis.
* Becoming a key member in implementing maintenance Management Systems to log faults and report potential problem areas.
* Coordinating contractors and technicians on site.
* Planning and scheduling maintenance activities in collaboration with production, supply chain, and quality teams.
* Managing assets effectively.
* Coordinating projects related to End of Shelf-Life Assets and additional/modification requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. A strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices is essential, along with experience in a similar role.
