We are seeking a Change Manager with a healthcare background to join our client on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years+ of relevant experience working in project or change management, with experience working with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and shaping the approach to deliver strategic vision for business and people agenda.
* Developing and utilizing industry knowledge to make implementation-oriented recommendations.
* Collaborating with clients and teams to co-create solutions, driving progress via workshops.
* Understanding key strategic/operational issues and structuring problems to develop and implement possible solutions.
* Developing reports, presentations, and briefing materials to provide data and insights on program implementation, progress, risks, and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Project/Change management certification (e.g. Prince 2/Scrum)
* Ability to collaborate, engage, and facilitate client meetings and workshops
* Pragmatic, business-focused, and strong execution mindset
* Strong analytical skills, understanding complex issues, quickly absorbing information, and excelling in conceptual and creative problem-solving
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Experience in program and project management
Working Environment:
The role is based in Dublin City Center, and we are looking for both senior and mid-level candidates as there are multiple roles available.
