HR Business Partner Manufacturing | Onsite | 18 Month FTC An established global organisation in the healthcare sector is seeking an experiencedHR Business Partner to support its busy manufacturing site in South Dublin. This role partners closely with Operations and Production in a 24/7 environment and requires a strong onsite presence. Why Join? The Role As a trusted advisor, you will: Partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business needs Manage and advise on employee relations matters Drive employee engagement and positive culture initiatives Coach managers on performance, talent, and succession Use people data to inform decisions Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation About You 4+ years experience in a generalist HRBP role (manufacturing or retail an advantage) Strong ER experience with proven ability to influence and advise Skilled in using HR metrics/data Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident, proactive, and solutions-focused HR/Business degree; CIPD desirable Excellent remuneration, healthcare and pension and flexible work on offer.
