Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality desserts and baked goods to the highest standards.
* Assist in the development of new pastry items and menus.
* Ensure the pastry section is organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
* Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
* Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed.
* Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and wider kitchen team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fine dining or luxury environment.
* Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
* Creative flair with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
