Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team.
This role requires a unique blend of customer facing skills, active engagement with sales account managers and understanding of One Identity's Identity Security portfolio.
This role will be based in Cork/hybrid model with French language as a key skill.
Responsibilities:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers
Report to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offerings
Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in software sales
Language Skills: Fluent in English and French
Education: Bachelor's degree prefered
Drive : Highly motivated, target-driven, hunter mentality
Skills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
