Project Nature (T26) On-going Support of the Computerised Social Security System II (CSSS-II) for the Social Welfare Department
Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the SWD;
To take part in the application and system enhancements of the Management Information Services (MIS) of CSSS-II;
To implement the data transformation for the enhancements of MIS;
To implement the enhancement of MIS using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE);
To prepare and conduct system testing and training;
To produce project documents and devise operating procedures;
To assure the quality of project deliverables;
To supervise Analyst Programmers to perform program development and system testing; and
To perform on call support duty of CSSS-II MIS functions.

Requirements
Experience in SA&D and system implementation of management information system;
Hands-on experience in JAVA programming and SQL;
Experience in data warehouse system, business intelligent software, such as OBIEE, and DB2 are preferred;
Experience in social security service system is preferred; and
Work experience with/in the government is required.
Technical Skills:
At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage;
1 year's experience in DB2 (DB2) is an advantage;
1 year's experience in Data Warehouse (DWH) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
