 
        
        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LinkedIn Management (70%)
 * Lead the strategy, content planning, and execution of Alchemy's LinkedIn presence, including audience engagement and performance tracking, taking over from our agency partner.
 * Manage paid and organic content streams, including campaign planning and lead-generation activation (primarily for Alchemy Circularity and Callisto brands).
 * Create and publish thought leadership, product, and brand storytelling content, leveraging insights and commercial goals.
 * Collaborate with design, marketing and sales teams to align messaging with business priorities, and develop high-performing campaigns.
 * Monitor performance and use data to optimize targeting, budget allocation, and creatives.
PR Support (20%)
Support the execution of the PR strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and PR agency.
 * Manage day-to-day liaison with the PR agency, ensuring smooth coordination, approvals, and performance reporting.
 * Contribute to the creation of materials like press releases and award submissions, with input from internal stakeholders.
 * Track media coverage and report on performance.
Event Coordination (10%)
 * Support the marketing and sales teams in coordinating Alchemy's participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
 * Assist with logistics, promotion, and planning to maximise presence and lead capture.
ABOUT YOU
 * 7+ years of experience in social media, PR, or communications, ideally in a B2B tech, sustainability, or circular economy context.
 * Proven track record of delivering high-impact social campaigns.
 * Experience managing PR agencies and external partners, particularly in the US market.
 * Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with an eye for brand tone and audience nuance.
 * Hands-on and data-driven, comfortable operating across multiple projects and brands.
 * Familiarity with circular economy, sustainability, or consumer electronics sectors is a plus.
