My client, a provider of high-quality healthcare services, dedicated to supporting individuals in nursing homes with compassion, dignity, and professionalism. They deliver tailored care solutions through their skilled care assistant workforce, supporting elderly and vulnerable residents across a network of partnered nursing homes.
Role: Care Manager (2) - one managing Home Care & one managing the Nursing Home Care
Location: Cloghran, Co. Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, fully onsite
Key Duties:
1. Oversee staff scheduling and rota management to ensure full shift coverage, and conduct regular supervision of care staff
2. Consult with nursing home managers and key stakeholders to maintain high service quality and responsiveness
3. Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, regulatory standards, and internal company policies
4. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new care assistants
5. Manage incidents, complaints, and performance concerns promptly and professionally
6. Conduct Client Quality Assurance reviews in accordance with company protocols and HSE requirements
Essential Criteria:
7. Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or Level 5 desirable
8. Previous experience in a care management or senior supervisory role within a healthcare or nursing home environment
9. A full Irish driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
