John Glynn & Company Solicitors is a general practice firm seeking a qualified Solicitor with a specialisation in conveyancing. The ideal candidate should also be able to turn their hand to probate matters, managing a varied caseload in a supportive environment.
Role
Handling residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases and remortgages.
Managing probate applications, estate administration, and related advisory work.
Dealing directly with clients, providing clear and practical legal advice.
Required qualifications and experience
Qualified Solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland.
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in conveyancing, with proven ability in probate.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while being client-focused and commercially aware.
IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systems.
