Job DescriptionRottguard Fire Systems Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer – Fire Systems to support the Managing Director in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of fire suppression systems across Ireland.The role involves hands-on technical work both on-site and in the workshop, supporting fire system installations, system preparation, servicing activities, and project delivery in line with company safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire suppression systemsSupport system testing, inspections, and commissioning activitiesAssist with routine maintenance and fault identificationPrepare and handle fire system components and cylinders in line with safety proceduresTravel to project sites and assist with on-site worksSupport workshop and store organisation, tools, and stock controlComplete basic service documentation and job reportsComply with all health, safety, and fire regulationsSkills & Experience RequiredTechnical background in maintenance, electronics, or engineering support rolesExperience assisting with installations or servicing of technical systemsStrong safety awareness and ability to follow proceduresGood organisational and reporting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a small specialist teamWillingness to complete required Irish safety training (e.g. Safe Pass)QualificationsTechnical qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or related disciplineFire safety or maintenance-related training is an advantageJob Type: Full-timePay: €34,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
