Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance across various areas of finance. This includes:
* Grant Payments: Assist with processing grant payments and ensure accurate records are maintained.
* Accounts Payable/Receivable: Provide support with managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and receipt of funds.
* Budgeting: Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring accurate forecasting and analysis.
* Reporting: Provide support with financial reporting, including preparing and submitting reports as required.
* Payroll Processing: Assist with monthly payroll processing, including calculating and paying employees and pensioners.
