Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a diverse team to deliver excellent service standards.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and health & safety standards.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including accommodation, catering, maintenance, and resident services.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with best practice.
* Manage budgets and financial reporting effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Operations Manager within the hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
* Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
* Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
