* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the EHS team to ensure seamless delivery of the production schedule.
* Implement robust behavioral-based safety principles to foster a strong safety culture throughout the site.
* Collaborate with site operations, US counterparts, and other colleagues to drive operational excellence.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Develop and implement effective safety and environmental procedures to mitigate risks.
2. Foster a positive safety culture by promoting Right First Time practices and root cause analysis.
3. Support emergency management and response programs to ensure business continuity.
