To power our ambitious growth, we are looking for a Sales Support & Operations Specialist – someone who thrives on organisation, process, and teamwork. This role is key to enabling our Sales and Leadership teams to operate at their best, helping us drive meaningful impact across the healthcare system.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the engine behind our sales function, you’ll take ownership of the systems, processes, and day-to-day coordination that keep our growth machine running smoothly:
•Sales Operations & Enablement: Maintain and optimise CRM systems, dashboards, and sales tools to ensure pipeline visibility and accurate reporting.
• Proposal & Tender Coordination: Lead the creation, formatting, and submission of sales proposals, pitch decks, RFPs, and public sector tenders.
• Project & Pipeline Management: Track deals through each stage, ensuring follow-ups, deadlines, and documentation are completed to a high standard.
• Team Support: Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Product, and Delivery, ensuring handoffs are clear and information flows efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve data quality.
• Meeting Preparation: Support the sales team by preparing briefs, agendas, meeting notes, and client background research.
• Customer Onboarding Support: Help coordinate post-sale onboarding activities and ensure clients have a seamless experience.
What We’re Looking For
You may not be on the front lines closing deals, but you’re absolutely critical to making those deals happen.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: You love structure, clarity, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Sales-Savvy: You understand the sales process and how to support it effectively, even if you’re not the one pitching.
• Strong Communicator: Whether it’s writing up a proposal or liaising with internal teams, your communication is clear, concise, and professional.
• Project Management Mindset: You’re comfortable juggling multiple timelines, keeping stakeholders aligned, and hitting deadlines.
• Tech-Enabled: Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), productivity tools (MS Office), and project management platforms (Trello, etc.).
• Proactive & Resourceful: You anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in helping others succeed.
• HealthTech or Healthcare Familiarity (a plus, not required): Experience working in or supporting sales in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated sectors is advantageous.
