Working nights in a Food Production Facility from 8pm-4:30am, you will play a critical role in ensuring the required standards of Food Safety, Quality and Hygiene are met within the factory. You will be required to ensure cleaning is carried out effectively to agreed standards.
* To maintain Good Hygiene standards in all production areas
* To dismantle all machinery and equipment and carry out effective cleaning
* Use of all industrial cleaning equipment, including chemicals & high-power hoses
* To verify your own job throughout the shift on a regular basis
* To always follow strict hygiene procedures and schedules
* To ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to whilst completing tasks
* To participate in the regular daily, monthly, and periodic cleaning activities
* Take direction from the Supervisor and highlight any issues to the Cleaning Supervisor/Q.A Manager.
