Job Title: Golf Club Sales Associate At PGA TOUR Superstore, we are always looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who share a passion for helping customers. Main Responsibilities 1. To drive sales and enhance customer experience by engaging with every customer encountered in the Hard Goods areas, including Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories. 2. Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards discounts promotions coupons etc., while ensuring that merchandise is presented at a premiere stock level to drive sales. 3. Maintain working knowledge of all Front-End operations and assist when needed. 4. Demonstrate product knowledge of various golf clubs explaining their features benefits differences to Customers.
