Contribute patterns, documentation, and interface standards that support Merchant Cloud and Gateway modernization.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceUX/Product Design experience, ideally within enterprise, platform, or multi workflow environments.Strong experience creating detailed prototypes, flows, and interaction patterns for web applications and enterprise tools. Delivering high volume, high quality, strategically aligned outputsProven success working in agile, cross functional teams, ability to quickly understand technical domains and able to clearly articulate design intent and trade-offs.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsDesired ExperienceDemonstrated ability to run research, lead design for complex product areas, and deliver high quality UX/UI outputs.Craft compelling narratives that resonate with leadership, internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring complex ideas are translated into simple, memorable, and visually engaging formats.Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative Cloud.
