This is an opportunity to work in a people-focused, tech-driven environment delivering custom-built, intelligent platforms across various sectors. The focus is on automation, cloud-native architecture, and scalable infrastructure.The role involves collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams, designing secure and reliable infrastructure, and helping scale DevOps practices throughout the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure across environments.Write production-level code in Python and Node.js to support automation, tooling, and monitoring solutions.Architect and manage cloud-native infrastructure (AWS or GCP) using Terraform or similar IaC tools.Implement container orchestration solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.Lead DevOps initiatives focused on observability, release engineering, and platform reliability.Drive best practices and cross-team collaboration with remote teams across time zones.Ensure secure-by-design infrastructure, participating in incident response and remediation.Own continuous improvement of deployment, monitoring, and recovery workflows.What We’re Looking For10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, including leadership in distributed environments.Proven experience working with global engineering teams.Strong coding skills in Python and/or Node.js.Advanced knowledge of AWS or GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native security practices.Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).Proficiency in monitoring/logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in remote-first setups.Nice to HaveExposure to service meshes, serverless architectures, or edge deployments.Understanding of compliance frameworks like SOC2 or ISO27001.Experience mentoring engineers or setting up DevOps practices in early-stage teams.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Flexible hybrid or fully remote work model (within Ireland).Flat structure with influence on architecture and tooling choices.Tech-forward team working on AI-driven, high-impact solutions.Dedicated learning budget and time for personal development.Interested?
