This role is central to leading and optimising the company's global demand planning, forecasting, and supply alignment processes.As a key member of the operations and planning function, you will drive the development of accurate forecasts, enhance S&OP performance, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment to support service, growth, and efficiency objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing team across Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Supply Planning .Own the end-to-end demand planning cycle including forecast creation, validation, scenario modelling, and performance measurement.Build and implement forecasting methodologies that improve accuracy, responsiveness, and planning maturity.Enhance and support S&OP processes to ensure seamless alignment between Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.Oversee and optimise the use of Anaplan (or similar planning tools) and manage system integration with Microsoft Great Plains .Translate market trends, promotion plans, and product lifecycle information into clear demand signals.Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure strong supply–demand balance across the EMEA region.Track and report planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, inventory health, and lead-time performance.Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the planning function.Maintain compliance with Irish, EU, and global trade and regulatory standards.About YouYou are an analytical and commercially minded planning professional with deep expertise indemand forecasting. You thrive in dynamic, international environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and excel at supporting teams in achieving high levels of accuracy and planning excellence.Experience & SkillsDegree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or broader supply chain management roles.Strong knowledge of demand planning principles, S&OP frameworks, and statistical forecasting techniques.Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar advanced planning platforms; experience with Microsoft Great Plains is beneficial.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of EMEA trade, compliance, and supply chain environments.Advanced Excel skills and proven ability to work with complex data sets.A collaborative, customer-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable improvements in planning performance.
