Property Administrator, DublinLocation: DublinContract: Full Time PermanentThe Property Administrator plays a key role within the Property Operations team, acting as an essential link between Services and Property Operations. The role supports the housing management team by coordinating and prioritising workloads, monitoring progress, and helping to drive continuous performance improvements.What you will do: MaintenanceReceive and record repair orders (email, web, phone) and allocate to Housing Officers.Assign work orders to contractors and follow up with tenants to confirm completion.Liaise with Housing Officers and Finance on invoices and update final costs.Close work orders and ensure accurate record‑keeping.Support use of the Asset Management Plan.Rent and Arrears ManagementUpload weekly rental income and manage household budget payments with An Post.Process RAS applications and annual rent reviews.Handle card payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.Conduct resident account calls and issue arrears letters as advised.Act as an additional contact for arrears queries and payment plans.Housing Management System (Affinity)Carry out data integrity checks and produce monthly KPI reports.Coordinate with Housing Officers on complaints, tenant concerns, and resident requestsWork with Housing Officers to ensure properties are ready to let.Liaise with Services on nominations and maintain the voids tracker.Register new tenancies and complete annual RTB renewal registrations.What you will need:Proficiency in MS Suite, ie: Excel, Word and OutlookExcellent attention to detailMust have a solutions focused attitudeStrong team playerExcellent communication skillsBe trustworthy and conduct the role with integrityExperience in working for a voluntary housing organisation (Desirable)Familiarity with financial software systems e.g Exchequer, Sage (Desirable)Focus Ireland is an equal opportunities employer#FI3
