Are you an APA/CIP qualified professional ready to manage a dedicated portfolio of Commercial Lines clients?
We're looking for a client-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Mayo/Sligo on a hybrid basis. This is a key role focused on building long-term relationships and driving client retention.
The Role:
You will be the primary point of contact for our commercial business clients, managing the full lifecycle of their accounts:
* Handling renewals, mid-term amendments, claims, and all general queries.
* Working closely with clients and insurers to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Maintaining strict compliance (e.g., Consumer Protection Code 2012) and documentation standards.
What We Need:
* Essential: APA or CIP qualification (Commercial Lines) required.
* Highly Desirable: Experience and knowledge of commercial insurance broking.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional client service.
