About the company
Our client is a rapidly expanding company, poised for significant growth in 2026. As a result of the planned expansion, they have an opportunity for a Finance Director to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a
hands-on leadership role
for an experienced finance professional who is comfortable in the detail, operates well at pace, and can provide strong financial control while supporting rapid growth.
The Role
You will run the finance function end-to-end, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership and ensuring the financial engine of the business runs smoothly as the company expands.
As
Finance Director
your role will include
* Month-end close, management accounts and statutory reporting
* Payroll, banking, expenses, cashflow and treasury
* Tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, corporation tax) and audit management
* Leading and developing a small finance team
* Strengthening controls and improving processes without slowing the business
Is this you?
* ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally Big 4 / Top 10 trained
* At least 5 -7 years PQE in a senior leadership role
* Experience in a high growth, fast paced business is essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrable experience in technology sector
