The role
TP is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide desktop support to employees both on-site and at home in Dublin. You'll handle hardware issues and software faults while maintaining IT equipment and supporting remote users.The role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems. This is a permanent position with a standard 37.5 hours/week schedule, and travel to other sites may occasionally be required.
