This role requires a strong background in CNC machine maintenance, including experience with electrical and mechanical issue.
The successful candidate will also need to conduct regular preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance machine efficiency.
This is a great opportunity to learn a niche trade in CNC Machine Maintenance in an ever expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal operation.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine performance.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.Assist in training operators on machine capabilities and maintenance needs.Qualifications: Apprenticeship – Electrician / maintenance or a relevant technical degree or certification in machining or maintenance.Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance or a related field.Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and controls.Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.Must be freely be able to work in Ireland or have current work permitWhy Join Us?
