The Role:
We are currently looking for experienced Construction Project Managers/Site Leaders to oversee our housing projects in County Kerry.
These developments will consist of 60 unit timber-frame properties with 2-3 storeys. As the most senior person on site, you will ensure site safety and operations run smoothly while reporting to a regional Senior PM/Director.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leadership
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise
* Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
* Health & Safety Management
* Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
* Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving
* Financial Management
* Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently
Requirements:
* Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as construction engineer/site manager/PM
* Technical Expertise
* Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements
* Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget
* Leadership Skills
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines
