Key responsibilities
Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication with our customers
Take responsibility for all aspects of account administration, including handling account queries and providing commercial support
Manage customer orders and requests in line with company procedures, and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
Resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, investigating root causes, finding solutions, and escalating appropriately to your Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers through effective account management
Keep your knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers up-to-date
Build strong working relationships with the supply chain and all departments, including the commercial team, and collaborate with your Supervisor or Manager to enhance customer service
Support the collection of information to help implement improvements across the business
Remain fully flexible to meet changing business needs
Qualifications and skills
Additional language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus, but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to integrate and work effectively with others in a changing environment
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skills
A team player
A strong desire for continuous learning and a desire to grow professionally
