We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen in our Central Processing Unit in Bray, Co Wicklow.You will be working with fresh food produce and artisan ingredients. Our chefs are hardworking, creative, and team-focused. It is a busy kitchen with high volume orders. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Culinary Lead to develop and grow the business, leading your section and helping to upskill your team.Working days: Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off. Working days may vary during peak times or holiday seasons.Working times: Start at 09:00 AM, with shifts until 18:00 PM.
