We're working with a well-established, family-run agricultural business that's known for looking after its customers - and its people. They're now looking for a motivated
Agricultural Sales Representative
to manage and grow their customer base across
East Limerick
.
This role is all about building relationships, understanding farmers' needs and becoming the person they trust to get things sorted. You'll have full ownership of your territory, the backing of a respected brand and the freedom to run things your way.
The Role:
* Manage and grow your own territory, developing long-term relationships with local farmers
* Act as their first point of contact for your customers, providing advice and support
* Drive sales and meet targets through proactive, hands-on work
* Represent a trusted family brand known for quality and service
Requirements
:
* 2-3 years proven sales experience
* A genuine interest in farming and the agricultural sector
* Confident communicator who built Trust easily
* Self-driven, organised and target-focused
* Full UK driving licence required
* Knowledge of nutrition or forage is a plus - training can be provided for the right person
What's On Offer?
* Base salary of up to
€40K
DOE
* Uncapped commission - rewarded for every sale
* OTE of
approx €55K+
in year one, increasing annually
